A new Reshoring Initiative survey finds U.S. manufacturers are moving more production and sourcing back home, with 63% of OEMs planning domestic capital investment through 2027. Reshoring activity and contract-manufacturer quoting are also rising, although policy uncertainty, import competition and skilled-worker shortages continue to constrain growth.
