The National Council of Textile Organizations (NCTO) applauded a presidential determination expanding access to Defense Production Act (DPA) Title III funding to strengthen U.S. defense supply chains. According to NCTO, expanding access to this funding will help bolster domestic manufacturing capacity for key materials and ensure the United States can equip and protect service members while reducing reliance on foreign suppliers.
