Imports of textiles and apparel tumbled again in November but were still higher than a year earlier, according to statistics from the Department of Commerce’s Office of Textiles and Apparel. Textile and apparel imports totaled 6.98 billion square meter equivalents in November, down 13.1 percent from October but up 1.5 percent from a year earlier.
