Senator Thom Tillis (R-NC) and his colleagues recently penned a letter calling on U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Acting Commissioner Miller to ensure Chinese companies aren’t evading U.S. laws against forced labor and costing American jobs by stepping up oversight and enforcement provisions in trade agreements with Central American and North American trading partners.
