A new facility in Gaston County could help spin the future of the U.S. textile industry. The Kimbrell Fiber Innovation Center, on the campus of Gaston College in Belmont, N.C., is being hailed as the first of its kind in the country. The Textile Technology Center* at Gaston College is also housed on the campus.
