A Reuters investigation found that three Vietnamese garment manufacturers with ties to sanctioned Chinese textile giant Esquel Group have continued exporting cotton goods to the United States. The findings raise questions about supply-chain traceability and enforcement of U.S. restrictions intended to keep goods linked to alleged forced labor out of the market.
